Description
We recommend choosing embroidery for branding of smaller logos that are likely to be used again in future orders. Once the logo is digitized for embroidery we hold it on file and you can reorder without incurring setup costs again (we can change colours in your logo for no extra charge, but adjustments or resizing may incur extra setup costs).
Restrictions
We need to be able to get the embroidery frame into the position on the garment that you require your logo. This is fine in most garment areas but can be difficult on pockets and other small areas.
Logo Requirements
For embroidery a good quality JPG or similar is preferred. We can work with most images or photos as the redraw cost is part of the regular setup.
Online Pricing
Embroidery pricing is based on the number of stitches used in the logo, the more stitches the higher the price. There is an initial setup cost and then the price to stitch the logo onto each garment. Pricing and quoting online is just a guide and we will confirm once we see your logo/design.
Care Instructions
Embroidery is quite resilient, taking care of it as per the garment care instructions is usually ok.

Description
This is popular for small and large logos that are limited in colours and tend to be for one off requirements i.e Touch teams and promotional items, teamwear, hoodies etc.
Restrictions
Printing is best on a large flat clear areas of the garment. Certain fabrics can be difficult to print.
Logo Requirements
Good quality images are needed for printing. A PDF, EPS or AI vector of your logo with all text as curves is the easiest for us to reproduce. Costs for redrawing logos may be required on top of setup costs if the provided images are low quality.
Colours
If you need us to match colours please provide a PMS colour to ensure you get a good match.
Online Pricing
Prices are based on the number of colours in the design. There is a setup cost per colour and then a cost to print the logo onto the garment. Every time you do an order there is a reset cost to set the screens up again. The print cost per garment can be inexpensive compared to an embroidered logo.
Care Instructions
Some care is usually required with the printed area of the garments. Try not to apply too much heat to that area and don't let it sit wet.

Got Your Back Info
The basic premise of a Got Your Back tee is to sell a set of numbers that increase in value depending on the number picked.
- You sell numbers 1-30 on the back of your t-shirt. (Or 1-40, we don’t recommend more than 40)
- The person who buys number 1 - pays $1, the person who buys number 2, pays $2 and so on until number 30 pays $30.
- They can have a short name or message printed approx. 20 characters. e.g. 1. Mum & Dad, 2. Go Girls. 3. Little Brother. 4. Company Name. etc.
- If you sell 30 numbers, you bank $465. If you sell 40 numbers, you bank $820.
- We then make the t-shirt with the printed list on the back.
Costs
Costs vary depending on what t-shirt/garment style you choose and if you have additional logos, but usually it is around $100+GST per tee.
Timeframe
We ask to allow anywhere from 2-4 weeks to print. Depending on the time of year and how long our print queues are.
How to Submit Names/Lists
We have an online form to submit the names to us. We will send this through when you are ready.
Notes
The lists are text only by default, no company logos or artwork. If you require logos or other designs they will add additional cost.

View Core Range of Sublimated Uniforms
We have a variety of customised uniform options available, these are based mainly on sports garments but can be modified to suit your requirements. Minimum orders range from 10-20 garments and turn-around is approximately 4-6 weeks. Please contact us if you require any more information.
How Sublimation Works
Sublimation is a way of taking a blank 100% polyester garment and applying a design and/or multicoloured print to it. At high temperatures the solid dyes in your design convert into a gas without ever becoming a liquid. This high temperature also opens the pores of the polyester and allows the gas to enter. When the item is removed from the heat press, the temperature drops, the pores close and the gas reverts to a solid state. It has now become a part of the polyester.
Done correctly, it cannot be washed out or come off unless the actual fibres are damaged. Because its all done in one process, there are no bulky numbers or logos and the surface of the fabric is smooth to touch and importantly very comfortable against the skin.
Share the Costs
There is a misunderstanding that it is an expensive process, however this is not the case if you utilise it correctly. On a standard sublimated garment you can add multicoloured logos, numbers and names in a more cost effective way than adding branding to an existing garment.
If you took a premade garment in standard colours and then set up and applied the same logos with normal printing or embroidery processes the cost could be similar. However with sublimation you get your own custom design and colours with a much more durable garment.
Get funding and logos from sponsors on your gear and it will help pay for your team set without any extra cost to you.
