3. Confirm your quantities, colour, size requirements & shipping details are correct.
4. Click "Purchase Now" and you will be taken to a secure area to enter your contact and payment details.
5. At any point before final order confirmation by you, you can delete or adjust your order to suit.
6. Click submit and your purchase will be sent to us and we will contact you to confirm.
Note: Your credit card will not be charged until we confirm your order and logo options.
Create an Online Quote:

Note: You may make as many different quotes as you need. We will only contact you about your quote if you need us to.

When calling and paying by credit card, have
all your card details etc. ready plus pen and paper to record any
details we will give you i.e. order number and tracking number.
If paying by cheque record the order number
given to you by our staff on your cheque and mail it to us at PO
Box 27 Invercargill. Your order will be picked and held
for up to 5 working days. If your cheque hasn't arrived by this
time your order will deemed to have been cancelled.

UniformNZ is committed to providing excellent service & quality goods to all our customers. If for some reason you are not
entirely satisfied with any of our goods, please return them to us in original condition within 30 days of receiving them and we
will replace them for you or refund your purchase price by the same means in which you made payment.
To return goods to uniformNZ please affix postage to your return package and
send it to our above postal address. Unfortunately your postage charges on
returns are not refundable. We can also exchange size and colour of a product, with
only the delivery charges needing to be met by the customer.
UniformNZ produces & sources all garments to strict quality guidelines,
therefore should you receive a faulty product, please email or fax us to
arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.
Should a garment fault appear after being worn we would really appreciate if you
could launder it prior to return. Thank you.
Occasionally a product may be temporarily out of stock. We will notify you of
the situation and give the option of placing it on back order. We will give you
an indication of when you can expect to receive that item.
Goods on backorder will not be charged to you until they have been despatched.
New Zealand has a goods and services tax rate of 12.5%. This is added to all
our prices.
If the GST rate was altered by the government, the new rate would apply
immediately.
Under the Privacy Act 1993 we provide you with the right to see and/or correct your personal information.
We do not disclose private information to any other person or company.
From time to time we may contact you with offers on other relevant products, offers or services that we think may be of
interest to you. If you would prefer to be excluded from these please let us know so we can ensure your name is withheld.
