Meet Lauren Phillips, Plumber! A young woman from the small but vibrant town of Winton in Southland, NZ. We first met Lauren a couple of months ago when she contacted us to kit herself out in some suitable workwear for training and competitions.

She shared with us a run of success in competitions she had entered in, and we were impressed.

- The first competition was at Southlands very successful Southern Institute of Technology, placing first against other entrants and trainees.

- She was then invited to a Work skills Comp in Hamilton with 8 other representatives from other regions, after 4 days she emerged the winner.

- A Melbourne competition followed and she placed a very creditable 6th place against overseas entrants.

- In between all that she was offered a place in the NZ Work Skills squad to compete in Russia in August 2019.

In all those competitions she was competing and beating the male competitors, it will hopefully be the same in Russia. We wish her all the best over there, and we know she will look sharp and comfortable with the Streetworx Workwear package we supplied her for the event.
