Terms & Conditions

1. Guarantees and Returns

Goods that have been altered or have had branding affixed cannot be accepted for return unless there is a genuine fault. uniformNZ is committed to providing excellent service & quality goods to all our customers. If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with any of our unbranded goods, please return them to us in original condition within 14 days of receiving them and we will replace them for you or refund your purchase price by the same means in which you made payment.

To return goods to uniformNZ please affix postage to your return package and send it to our physical address. Unfortunately your postage charges on returns are not refundable. We can also exchange size and colour of unbranded goods within 14 days of receipt, with only the delivery charges needing to be met by the customer.

uniformNZ produces & sources all garments to strict quality guidelines, therefore should you receive a faulty product, please call or email us to arrange an exchange or refund. Should a garment fault appear after being worn we would appreciate if you could launder it prior to return. Thank you.

2. Size Guide & Fitting / Exchanges

Please use the available size charts to select the appropriate size of your garment. Garments with branding are generally made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a genuine fault. If you have any queries about sizing please contact us. We can sometimes send samples out if needed.

3. Schools

Please contact shop@uniformnz.com for more information on returns and size exchanges related to schools we run uniform programmes for.

4. Shipping Options

We ship throughout NZ. Shipping costs are generally calculated when creating your online order. If you have set up a specific shipping option for your organisation or school this will show on the final order page. If you would like a different shipping option please let us know in the final comments box and we will get back to you with options.

5. Back Orders

Occasionally a product may be temporarily out of stock. We will notify you of the situation and give you the option of placing it on back order. We will give you an indication of when you can expect to receive that item. Goods on backorder will not be charged to you until they have been despatched.

6. Sales Tax

New Zealand has a goods and services tax rate that is added to all our prices. Orders requesting worldwide shipping have the GST removed from their online order/quote. If the GST rate was altered by the government, the new rate would apply immediately.

7. Your Privacy

Under the Privacy Act 1993 we provide you with the right to see and/or correct your personal information. We do not disclose private information to any other person or company.
