Screen Printing Process and Costs

We get asked quite often about the setup costs and reset costs for setting up screen printing and doing future orders. There is quite a process involved with the screen setup, which leads to the need for a reset fee on future/additional runs of printing. Artwork is kept on file but the physical screen needs to be created each time.

This video gives a good overview of the setup and print process.



Printing is popular for logos that are limited in colours and tend to be for one off requirements i.e Touch teams, Promotional Events. Prices are generally based on the number of colours in the design.
