Quality Control and Garment Testing

Our manufacturers and suppliers go to great lengths to ensure the garments they provide have a consistent quality.

Check out this video showcasing some of the testing that gets done during the manufacturing process of the BIZ Collection range.



If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with any of our goods, please return them to us in original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving them and we will replace them for you, or refund your purchase price by the same means in which you made payment. Goods that have been altered or have had logos affixed cannot be accepted for return unless there is a genuine fault. We will do our best to repair the fault wherever possible, or arrange a replacement or refund if it can't be repaired.
